Hi Bernadette,
As discussed, am at last emailing you the feedback from Gareth for his 21st birthday singing telegram with Austin Powers on Tuesday :-

The occasion went wonderfully well for all.

Gareth rang me immediately after Austin left, about 11.50am, to say he went the most red he has gone in his whole life. (Hurrah !!!!).

He stated Austin was very, very good. Gareth, as a fan of the Austin Powers movies would know. He is very discerning and not very forthcoming in providing comments, so for Gareth to say that, Austin must be excellent. Certainly telling us about what happened put a grin on Gareth's face when he was telling us about it at home that evening.

He told us, and overall we were able to ascertain :-

Austin arrived at 11.30am. and straight away involved Gareth and the office staff. The interaction with the staff with the party treats was great. The balloons with the autograph bear was a great choice. (A memento for the future). Gareth loved the original poem (a great unique memento) and the Happy Birthday singing - he went reddest at that point ! He loved bursting the balloon for the message. It was a definite advantage to have staff with their cameras and a mobile phone (video). (More mementos).

The office staff had a great time and thanked Gareth as well.

It was a great, memorable event which definitely made Gareth's 21st birthday an unforgettable day.

Thank you singing telegrams. Additionally, I thank you, Bernadette for your excellent explanation and presentation of the information and choices we had. (Not an easy task over the phone.) You provided excellent customer service. You must enjoy what you do, it comes across in your level of service.
